Hannay Reels offers a full range of manual, spring, and power rewind reel options for a variety of industrial and most mobile applications. The cable reels offer live connection of power cable for direct wiring to a collector ring assembly, allowing for continuous current during cable payout and rewind. The CR1600 reel is lightweight and is available in several versions with power and manual rewind options. The Series ERC 1600 reel features power rewind to handle heavy and large capacities of power cable. Featuring either 110v or 12v electric rewind, it is ideal for applications requiring live electric cable. It features a standard 3-conductor, 45 amp, 600-volt collector assembly with #8 gauge wiring from the collector ring to the junction box.

PEM® HYBRID™ floating panel fastener assemblies can be installed by hand or with a tool into any thin panel material (including stainless steel and printed circuit boards) and readily allow for radial float to compensate for mating hole misalignment up to .060"/1.52mm. These metal/plastic fasteners ideally suit attachment application where subsequent access may be necessary. Their fully captive steel screws keep parts to a minimum and eliminate risks associated with loose hardware that could fall out and damage internal components. Screw thread sizes range from #10-32 and #12-24 and M5 and M6. Varying lengths are available.

The Haydon Linear Rail System uses a precision leadscrew assembly to provide controlled positioning along the axis of a robust linear slide. The system consists of a stationary base with a load bearing carriage that travels along a custom-extruded wear resistant aluminum rail. It uses either a Haydon size 17 hybrid external linear actuator or for greater performance, an optional size 17 hybrid double stack external linear actuator integrated into the slide for a complete single axis positioning system, or the system may be provided with various leads and shaft end configurations that accommodate virtually any source of rotary power. Typical applications include medical, instrumentation, plant automation, CNC equipment, food and beverage automation, packaging and custom machinery.
