OMEGA's new count and weigh scales feature high accuracy 6-digit displays, with capacity from 2.2 to 220lb. Both the CS7500 and CS7600 feature fast, one-button counting and auto-sample update for improved accuracy. The CS7500 has a high internal resolution up to 1:16 million and 2 user-selectable units of measure. The CS7600 has an internal resolution of up to 1:1 million and functions that include input and display of piece weight, tare weight plus 6-digit ID number, sample quantity and gross/net weights. The Series DFT uses a segmented wedge differential producer to measure flow rates as related to pressure to monitor process fluids. The segmented wedge provides a simple and reliable restriction for sensing flow as related to pressure differential. The sensor can be mounted in any position and allows the designer to install it in any orientation: horizontal, vertical or inverted. The sensor is offered with three flow measuring ranges: 0.5-5, 1-10 and 1-15 GPM and three electrical output signals: 4-20 mA, 1-5 VDC and 1-10 VDC.

The RoHS compliant CE mark SL10 digital dispenser is a self-teach bench top dispenser with a bright LCD and 10 memory locations to automatically cycle 10 self-taught programs. The packed case is then indexed to the discharge conveyor and the soft placement module ascends into position for the next cycle. The soft placement module is simple to adjust and change over.

A new self-contained circular vibratory screener-fluid bed dryer system removes oversize and undersize material, and dries on-size material. The pre-packaged system scalps and de-dusts 1134 to 1361 kg of bulk material per hour using a double-deck, 762mm diameter circular vibratory screener, and then dries the material in a 1016mm diameter circular vibratory fluid bed processing system. The screener is equipped with an imbalanced-weight gyratory motor that vibrates the screening chamber which is suspended on springs.

KSB's HPK-L family of pumps for high-temperature heat transfer liquids are designed for industrial processes or large-scale heating plant applications. These pumps feature medium-lubricated ceramic plain bearings and standardized mechanical seals. A heat barrier separates the hot operating area from the air-cooled seal chamber preventing the heat-sensitive components (mechanical seals and thrust bearings) from being exposed to the high temperatures. As a result, the pumps will operate reliably at high temperatures without any need for cooling water. The special back pullout design allows the casing to remain in the pipeline when the pump is dismantled for overhauls.
