Offered in assorted styles, with straight or mini-flanged versions available, these self-lubricating bushings are a low-maintenance solution for various applications in industry. The performance of these bushings centers on its MX lubrication unit. An integral fiber pad delivers the lubricant to the shaft surface through a capillary action, thus maintaining a constant lubricating film between ball bearing and shaft. As a result, the maintenance interval on these linear bearings is extended considerably, a time-saver for applications involving numerous mountings of difficult access. Reductions in assembly time are also realized, as these bushings are pre-loaded with a lithium soap-based grease, in addition to the MX lubrication unit.

Sprayon Engine Degreaser removes dirt, grease and varnish from mechanical engines, machinery and tools. It penetrates to the metal, yet won't damage wiring, insulation, distributor caps or painted surfaces. The product is biodegradable and water-soluble, non-corrosive and non-staining.

The Roll Alignment Kit facilitates the alignment of rollers, shafts, and web-handling systems. Typical applications include paper and textile mills, converting lines, printing presses, plastic bag lines, coating lines, and other roller and web-related applications. The kit makes quick and precise measurements over large machines with many rollers. The laser is placed on a swiveling base and a plane of laser light is directed across the top of the rollers. The digital receiver and display provide readings of the roller position relative to the place of laser light and allow the operator to determine the roller orientation to within .001 inch. The digital information on the position of the laser beam is easily used for calculating surface flatness, runout straightness, parallelism and many other geometric alignment parameters.

Pinpoint Laser Systems

The Retractable Tank Washer (RTW) eliminates time-consuming, dangerous manual cleaning, reduces consumption of chemicals and water and cleans tanks thoroughly and consistently. It also eliminates the need for workers to manually insert and remove the tank washer from the tank/reactor. A pneumatic mechanism lowers and raises the tank washer at the beginning and end of cleaning cycles. The RTW is controlled by an easy-to-use control panel that allows users to set multiple stopping points between full insertion and retraction. This allows the nozzles to be positioned in locations where more cleaning impact is required or to clean around internal tank obstructions. The control box can be located away from the tank for safety and convenience.

A heavy-duty storage cabinet for secure outdoor jobsite use is designed to hold tools and a wide variety of supplies at maintenance sites. The new cabinet is fabricated of 16 gauge steel and is all-welded. Measuring 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 60 inches high, weather-resistant corners and a sloped drip shield protect contents against rain when the doors are open. Three full width shelves are fixed, welded firmly in place. Double doors have hasps for a protected padlock, which is not furnished. Skid plates allow forklift access and handles for lifting are provided on both sides of the cabinet should a forklift be unavailable.
