Toyota has a new line of tow tractors for any company that needs to tug or tow several carts full of items that can be quite heavy. The option of an AC electric tow truck means they can be used inside manufacturing facilities. The electric tow trucks, available in 1,500- and 1,800-kg drawbar pull capacities, feature a powerful AC drive system that delivers more runtime per battery charge. The tow tractor uses Controller Area Network (CAN-bus) communication technology to provide precise, fast and reliable control of all truck functions with fewer electrical components. The ODZ-MAH-CHARGER is a battery charger designed specifically for use with GRIP2 and GRIP3 model barcode reader handles. The charger is easily mounted to a wall or countertop, provides LED indication of the battery charge status, and is available with an optional Bluetooth™ modem. The new handle on the PowerLift® Rare Earth lift magnet features a positive lock-on and lock-off mechanism that requires the operator to manually switch between the two states. This prevents the handle from being turned only "partially on" and giving the operator a false sense of security that the magnet is holding safely, or being accidentally bumped to the "off" position, dropping the load prematurely. The handle's locking mechanism is engaged by first pulling out on the handle to release the lock pin, than rotating the handle to the "on" position. A Bulk Bag Conditioner-Unloader System loosens bulk solid material that has solidified during storage and shipment, allowing the material to discharge through a bag spout. Two hydraulic rams with contoured end plates press opposing sides of bulk bags, which can be raised and lowered for conditioning at varying heights using an electric hoist. The hoist assembly also includes a motorized trolley to allow loading and unloading of bulk bags without the need of a forklift.
