The new BEX WT Series nozzles are designed specifically for high-pressure trimming applications in the pulp and paper industry. A synthetic ruby insert contained in the housing provides much higher wear resistance than the equivalent stainless steel nozzles. They produce a steady laminar stream of liquid at up to 2,000 psi of pressure. An adjustable Teflon® shield protects the orifice from loose strands of fiber (produced by the high-pressure trimming action) that could otherwise plug the ori fice.

Unicoil™ is a simple, effective tool designed to extend the life of a hose assembly. With no tools or specific equipment needed, the stainless steel Unicoil™ slides over the outside of the hose. Its flexible spine can then be bent up to 90° to form the hose into a desired shape so it can be protected from abrasion, kinking from fatigue, or rerouted around heat or obstacles. Unicoil™ can accommodate hose outside diameters from .52" to 1.42". They are useable and can be used above or below ground and underwater.

The purpose of series CH63500 temperature limit controllers is to provide an independent shutdown for thermal processes. Dual 4-digit displays allow viewing of the process temperature and limit setpoint simultaneously. Wilcoxon has released two new magnet bases for accelerometers, models B12 and B13. The new magnet bases have a narrow diameter for easy handling in the field and high pull strength for reliable vibration data measurements. Model B12 is a two-pole magnet base with a 22mm diameter and 20 pounds of force, suitable for accelerometers such as Wilcoxon models 786A and 780A. Model B13 is a two-pole magnet base with a 25mm diameter and 35 pounds of force, suitable for accelerometers such as Wilcoxon models 793 and 787A. The use of magnet bases is convenient and quick for walk-around data collection because attaching a magnetic base allows the vibration sensor to be easily moved from point to point.

Reservoirs are manufactured either from high-grade stainless steel or aluminum and are available in two styles, bottle-type with a narrow opening to pour liquid directly into the reservoir or open-top for insertion of liners and containers. Liners should be used with anaerobic fluid and other materials that should not come into contact with metal. Each reservoir is supplied with a 3.05meter fluid hose and a 6.35mm air line.
