MV Chemical Vapour Neutalization Filter Media are designed to protect vacuum pumps and the environment from specific process contaminants. They include Resisorb(r) which reacts with mercury vapour, Sulfatreat(r) for hydrogen sulfide vapour, Ammoniasorb(r) for ammonia vapour, Sodasorb(r) for acid vapour, and Potassium Permanganate filters for neutralizing hydrogen peroxide vapour. Designed with the firm's VisiTrap(r), PosiTrap(r) and MV MultiTrap(r) vacuum pump inlet and exhaust traps, the Chemical Vapour Neutralization Media are suitable for vacuum systems ranging from 1 to 5,000 CFM. They come in 4.5" and 9" tall sizes and are easily installed and replaced by the user.
